Welcome to the UCLH 360° Feedback Hub
Here you can arrange to receive feedback about your current strengths and areas for development.
360 degree feedback can help you gain perspective on where you are making progress in your role and/or highlight potential blind spots.
The 360 Degree Feedback process can help:
- Raise individual awareness of strengths, development areas and blind spots
- Prepare for appraisal conversations
- Plan career progression
- Review progress 6 - 12 months after transition to a new role.
The 360-degree feedback process is not suitable to:
- Address performance issues with one individual
- Develop the team as a whole (this would be better done via team development / team coaching sessions).
How does the 360-degree feedback process work?
Questions are asked of you and your nominated recipients based on behaviours observed.
These questions are to be completed by:
- Yourself
- Your line manager
- Your direct report/junior colleague
- Peers
- Your customer/patient/supplier
- Any other not noted above.
The responses are in ratings that indicate whether you or your colleague believes you:
- Never demonstrate this behaviour
- Sometimes demonstrate this behaviour
- Always demonstrate this behaviour
- Finally, there is an option if this behaviour is not applicable (N/A) to you / your colleague's role.
When all the results have been collated, they are fed back to you via a report and facilitated by one of UCLH's qualified coaches.
The UCLH 360 Degree Feedback process is voluntary and completely confidential.
