Welcome to the UCLH 360 Degree Feedback Hub for colleagues with Leadership and/or Management responsibilities. Here you can arrange to receive feedback about your current strengths and areas for development.
Linked to the UCLH Leader Model, your feedback will be combined with that of your nominated respondents and fed back to you in a report by one of UCLH’s qualified coaches. The UCLH 360 Degree Feedback process is voluntary and completely confidential.
There are 40 questions based on behaviours associated with the UCLH Leader Model. These questions are to be completed by:
- Yourself
- Line Manager (mandatory)
- Direct report
- Leadership peer
- Colleague
- Any other not noted above
The ratings indicate you believe you or your colleague:
- Never demonstrates this behaviour
- Sometimes demonstrate this behaviour
- Always demonstrate this behaviour
- Finally, there is an option if this behaviour is not applicable to you / your colleagues' role
