Welcome to the UCLH Coaching and Mentoring Hub. The UCLH Coaching service supports personal and career development for all staff.
Applying for a coach:
Click on the link "Find a coach" to register. When registerting please complete the form with as much information as possible as this helps a coach to review your request.
Once you submit your registration you will be sent login details to access the site, and you can then search our directory of coaches and send an invitation request to the person you wish to work with.
Your requested coach will accept or respond to your request if they are unable to work with you. You will then need to contact the coach and arrange a chemistry session. All of your meetings and any relevant activities can be logged on the Hub confidentially so you can track your progress. We offer up to six coaching sessions.
So that we can deliver a consistent and good quality service, we will ask for feedback.
The Hub also has great tools and resources for you to use and share with your coach.
