Our trained coaches and mentors will use a combination of questioning, listening, observational and feedback skills to create a conversation with you that is rich in insight and learning. They will encourage you to do what you need to move things forward.
360-degree feedback is collected and collated and fed back to you in a report by one of UCLH's qualified coaches.
UCLH coaching, mentoring and 360-degree feedback services are voluntary and completely confidential.
